During the session of the Laughter Yoga, the coach guides the clients through several exercises that promote laughter and joy. These are simple exercises to be followed consisting of clapping, breathing exercises and chanting which makes the client happy.
No, there aren’t any pre-requisites for this session. It is not a substitute to any medical treatment. Doctor needs to be consulted for any medical condition.
A trained Practitioner conducts the session of laughter yoga.
It varies from each individual. Clients generally start seeing the benefits from the first session itself. For some, it does take about 4-5 sessions to see the benefits.
Each laughter yoga session lasts for about 45 minutes to an hour.
