Elise Sarkis

Elise Sarkis is a holistic practitioner and transformational facilitator with nearly 15 years of active practice across the UAE, Lebanon, and Belgium. She holds a Master Degree and Certificate of Science in ThetaHealing® from the Institute of Knowledge THInK (USA) and continues to apply this work with depth and integrity.

Elise is a graduate of the prestigious Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), New York, where she trained as an Integrative Nutritive Coach. This certification enables her to offer structured six-month coaching programs focused on improving health, wellness, and financial well-being. She is also a Family Constellation Facilitator, having trained with world-renowned facilitators in the field.

Her sessions integrate a wide range of tools and techniques inspired by her extensive training, supporting clients in finding balance, resolution, and emotional comfort. Elise offers individual sessions, certified courses accredited by the Institute THInK, and group workshops designed to enhance wellness, life balance, career performance, and self-development.
