Whether the sizing didn’t work for you, or the item wasn’t quite what you expected, we will be happy to help you with returning your product. Just give us a call or send us an email and well organize for the item to be picked up

Delivery Policy

Shipping will be fulfilled either by Home of Wellness . Shipping if free pithing the UAE

Delivery within the same country would take around 1 – 2 working days, and international deliveries usually take 3 – 7 working days.

* Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, shipping might take longer than the estimated time.

 

Returns Policy

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase or gifting experience for any reason at all, please email us at info@yourhomeofwellness.com and we’ll do whatever it takes to make things right.

The policy may vary due to the nature of the product,  destination of the order or due to other reasons.

For returns, a return request must be completed within 7 days

When returning items, please ensure that your goods are returned in their original packaging and labels, and have not been used or damaged in any way. Following a quality check, all returned items will be requested for Yourhomeofwellness.com store credit within 48 hours of the Seller receiving the item(s).

Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs, nor any custom charges should they apply.

Exchanges:
We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. We will simply issue you with a store credit for your order. You can then place a new order for the replacement item(s).

Generate Return

You can generate a Return Label by following these steps. My Account > Orders > Return Request. The Kinzzi Support Team will be in touch to process your return within 24 hours.
