FVA Yoga private sessions are exclusively designed to awaken your feminine Energy, increase your self-esteem and self-confidence and express your creativity. The pace is challenging in a Vinyasa flow, that allows you to flow into beautiful, powerful and creative postures.

    No, there isn’t any pre-requisite for taking a holistic health coaching session.

    A trainer and certified Holistic Health Coach Practitioner conducts the session.

    The number of sessions required for each client would vary depending upon their case. The holistic health practitioner would be the best person to decide this. This can discussed during the initial consultation session.

    Each session would last from an hour and a half to 2 hours depending on the severity of the situation.
